Antique Vinaigrette Pendant Necklace

Antique 14k yellow gold and enamel vinaigrette pendant necklace. 
Extremely rare piece. In the early 1900s patrons would soak interior sponge in fragrant perfumes and oils to hold under their nose to mask the unpleasant smells in the city streets.
